Great Big Miliestone Passed!
SO EXCITED to share our latest development! With all necessary permits submitted as of April 5th at 4:51pm, we are excited to announce that we are in line to break ground on the first four buildings (8 total) of our new development. And with the new 90-day law for permit approval in effect, we are one giant step closer to bringing this exciting project to life. I am an optimist, but I'm fully aware this will not be happening in 90 days. I'm aiming for 95. Lets goooo!
